Services

Everything from a stuck flame sensor to a whole new system.

Residential heating, cooling and indoor air quality across Pinecrest Valley and the surrounding valley. Every job starts with a diagnosis and a written price, in that order.

Heating

Furnaces, boilers and heat pumps. When the house will not hold temperature, this is where we start.

Furnace & Heating Repair

No heat on a ten degree morning is an emergency, and we treat it like one. Most repairs are finished on the first visit.

  • Combustion analysis and gas pressure check
  • Ignitor, flame sensor and inducer motor service
  • Heat exchanger inspection with a written result
  • Carbon monoxide test in the living space

System Replacement & Installation

When repair stops making sense, we size the new system by the house, not by what is on the truck. Financing is available.

  • Room by room load calculation, not a rule of thumb
  • Three options priced side by side, no pressure
  • Old equipment hauled away and recycled
  • Permits pulled and startup readings documented

Cooling

Cooling repair, plus the twice-a-year plan that keeps a system from quitting in the middle of July.

Air Conditioning Repair

Warm air, short cycling, a unit that hums but never cools. We diagnose it today and quote the fix before we touch a wrench.

  • Full refrigerant pressure and superheat check
  • Capacitor, contactor and fan motor testing
  • Condensate drain cleared and treated
  • Coil wash and airflow measurement before we leave

Air quality

What you breathe and how it moves. Filtration, humidity and the ductwork that carries all of it.

Indoor Air Quality

Filters, purifiers and whole-home humidifiers for houses with dust, dry winter air or a family member who reacts to both.

  • Media filter cabinets that last months, not weeks
  • Whole-home humidifiers tied to the furnace
  • UV and electronic air cleaner options explained plainly
  • Ventilation checked so the house is not sealed too tight

Ductwork & Airflow

One room bakes, another never warms up. Usually it is the ducts, not the equipment, and it is fixable.

  • Static pressure readings on the supply and return
  • Leak sealing at joints, boots and plenums
  • Return air added where a room is starved
  • Registers balanced room by room after the work

Good to know

The questions we get on the phone.

Anything else, call (555) 555-0123. A person answers, and it is usually someone who has been under a crawl space this week.

How fast can somebody actually get here?
Most calls placed before mid-afternoon get a technician the same day, and we hold slots each morning for no-heat and no-cool emergencies. If we cannot make it today, we tell you that on the phone instead of letting you wait.
Do you charge to come out and look?
There is a flat diagnostic fee, quoted to you before we set the appointment, and it is waived if you go ahead with the repair that same visit. Members pay no call-out charge during business hours.
Will you push me toward a new system?
No. We give you the repair cost, the remaining life we expect from the equipment, and the replacement cost, then let you decide. Plenty of systems we service are older than our company.
What brands do you work on?
All of the common residential equipment, whoever made it and whoever installed it. Parts availability varies by age, and we will tell you up front if something is going to take a few days to source.
Is financing available on a replacement?
Yes. We can spread the cost of a new system over monthly payments, and we will walk you through the terms in plain language before anything is signed.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe what the house is doing. We will work out the rest when we get there.
